How to Make an Effective Workplace Safety Program

As a security Professional, I even have two major objectives in mind; injury prevention and compliance. It’s possible to possess few injuries and poor compliance or tons of injuries and excellent compliance. Employees are the foremost valuable resource any company has. If an employee gets hurt, it takes valuable time to require care of the injured person, do investigations and complete the paperwork.
